Respectfully disagree with this verification Di - not H. irius. Suggest this one is actually H. metirius, as id by the good folks on iNat some years ago, see: https://inaturalist.ala.org.au/observations/64773093 . Other than the southerly location of the sighting there is a good deal of difference in the hw undersides of these two species.

@TwoRivers Phyllocharis cyanicornis appears to be quite a variable species, though as new information comes to light we find that some of the “variations” we find in insects are actually a different species within the same genus and are lumped into the taxon most familiar at that point in time. I have not yet seen these specific markings identified as Phyllocharis cyanicornis by a trusted source and I’ve seen a few photos identical to yours now. I’ll verify this as genus-level for you for the time being😊
